  • Developed and ran user and train the trainer product and administration training programs for UK systems integrator (1993-95)
  • Developed and ran training and implementation program for new payment processing system for Swedish Banking market. (1991-93)
  • Instructor in English business writing and presentation skills at Chinese University of Hong Kong (1991)
  • Developed and ran software training programs for UK payment processing software in various companies including, banks, utilities, member associations and councils.
